• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for bookings not cancelled or re-scheduled 4 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals: Treatment duration will be cut down accordingly but the full price will still be charged.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and will not be redeemed after the expiry date.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
